Remission and repayment

Usually, an international business set up loan is converted into a grant, after the final project report has been approved, whether or not the business set up is realised.

A project export loan is repaid to Nopef if the delivery is secured. The loan may be converted into a grant and be remitted in the event that the delivery is not realised.

The Nopef Credit Committee or Board decides on the completion of the feasibility study and on the conversion of the loan to a grant.

Without an approved final project report the loan cannot be remitted.
