Application process

A Nopef loan covers the feasibility study costs that have arisen from the date of registration onwards. A project is registered when Nopef has received a complete application.

The application is processed by Nopef's Credit Committee that assembles once a month. The Credit Committee processes the loan applications within the framework of Nopef's guidelines. In certain cases, e.g. if the project profile differs from the normally eligible, the application will be sent to the Nopef Board. As a rule, applications are processed in 3-6 weeks, but may take somewhat longer when processed by the Board.

Applications are evaluated on the basis of all the merits of the individual project.
